By using this service, you agree to the following terms. 5MIN makes no warranty of reliability or suitability for any purpose. Its availability or existence may be removed at any time by its owners. Any email sent through 5MIN may or may not be available for viewing, may be altered, and is immediately viewable by ANY user of the system. You agree to only access 5MIN data through the 5MIN website.

The 5MIN functional is free, but additional features available on 5MIN PREMIUM ( after subscription / payment ) . 

You agree to not use 5MIN directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose. You agree that any email you send to 5MIN or emails you induce other sites/persons to send will become public domain once in the 5MIN system with no expectation of privacy for email content .

You agree not to use the public 5MIN system to receive, store, or view emails containing private or confidential information. You understand that 5MIN has no control over material put into mailboxes. 

You agree to hold 5MIN harmless from any damages caused by loss of emails, content within emails, damage to your computer (or innocence) from viewing emails, direct or indirect use of this system.

You agree that you cannot send email using 5MIN, only receive.  Moreover, the Free service handling a couple millions emails per hour. Therefore, you agree that emails can be stored up to 1-2 hours and the domains may be the subject for change. You agree, not use temporary emails for registering important accounts or receiving sensitive data. The 5MIN , will have no ability to restore emails or domains once removed. 

You agree that 5MIN PREMIUM using for authorisation and payments https://paddle.com/ platform and available on DESKTOP WEB ONLY (have no ability to provide cross-device experience on mobile apps).  5MIN PREMIUM are still temporary disposable emails service and not traditional fully-functional email software. 

With Free version of 5Min, you can :  

• Get access to free domains list;
• Generate a new email address instantly;   
• Copy to clipboard or using QR-code; 
• Change email names;
• Receive emails and attachments automatically;
• Get browser notification of new emails;
• Read incoming emails, including attachments;
• Download sources (.EML), including attachments;

With Premium version of 5Min on web, you can get extra features, including :

5MIN PREMIUM on WEB subscription

Premium allowing to unlock additional features and billed as an auto-renewing subscription with following prices :

• Monthly: $10
• Yearly: $60 ( 50% discount ) 

Prices are in U.S. dollars, may vary in countries other than the U.S. and are subject to change without notice. Exact price in specific country available in payment window and may be observed prior subscription will be made. You may cancel your subscription anytime.  

Payment will be charged from your the credit card or paypal via paddle.com platform when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Profile after the purchase. 

 

Changes to Price Terms for Subscriptions

5MIN PREMIUM reserves the right to change its pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time and 5MIN PREMIUM will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for Subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to 5MIN PREMIUM pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your Subscription. 

Cancelling subscriptions or turning off auto-renewal

User can cancel subscription’s auto-renewal at any time by following the steps below, and will continue to have access to the premium content until the subscription's expiration date.

• Login to your 5MIN PREMIUM account
• Follow to PROFILE sections
• Click on CANCELL SUBSCRIPTION
   

Future Functionality

You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by 5MIN regarding future functionality or features.

Warranty Disclaimers

The Services provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that the Services or Products will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the presence of specific domain names or addresses in the service, as well as the email storage of already arrived emails. 

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless 5MIN and its officers, directors, employee and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
